Zoar Lutheran Church and Canby Kiwanis serve a free dinner to the community each Tuesday from 5 – 6 pm. We served 6,528 meals over 52 weeks in 2025.

It's been a few weeks since Christmas, and now that we're catching our breath, we wanted to be sure to share these wonderful photos from Zoar's Christmas program and from our Christmas Eve candlelight service with you. We hope they will bring a smile to your face!

Bishop Laurie from the Oregon Synod of the ELCA came out to our January 13 Community Dinner to bless our new stove/oven and all the wonderful volunteers that help us provide over 6,500 meals a year.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Oregon Synod of the ELCA, we have replaced our stove/oven in the kitchen. This is an important piece of equipment in the preparation of our weekly Community Dinner which provides about 125+ hot meals each week.

Thank you to everyone that helped provide an Oregon family with one less hurdle in the adoption process.
